10. The Beauty of Adoption

In scripture, we learn that a Jewish girl named Esther is adopted by her cousin Mordecai after her parent's death, setting the stage for her to become the queen of Persia, and prevent the destruction of the Jewish population at the hands of the King's aid, Haman.
