"Where were you?" | Questions God Asks

“Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation? Tell me, if you understand. Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know! Who stretched a measuring line across it? On what were its footings set, or who laid its cornerstone—while the morning stars sang together and all the angels shouted for joy?" (Job 38:4-7)

In Job's loss and suffering, he turns to God and asks "Why?" God turns the tables and asks him "Where were you...?" Join us this morning as Pastor James walks through this question, allowing us to learn more about why God allows bad things to happen to good people, and revealing to us why we should trust Him even in our pain and turmoil.
